Learning plan after supervision
Turn feedback from human supervision into one learning goal, a small personal activity and a review question. Includes a completed fictional example and a free blank worksheet.
Author: SüpervizAI
After supervision, choose one piece of feedback: what do you want to learn, what small activity will you do and what will you ask next? Read the completed fictional example, then download the blank plan before signup. This page supports personal learning preparation, not clinical instructions.

Completed fictional example: separating observation and interpretation
This example and training text were written for this guide; they are based on neither a real meeting, client nor AI response.
1. Feedback received: In my case presentation, observed behavior and my interpretation were blurred. My supervisor asked me to make that distinction visible in the next presentation.
2. One learning goal: Show separately what is observation and what is inference in a presentation sentence, with its basis.
3. My small activity: I marked the four fictional sentences below as possible observation, interpretation or uncertain. Beside each mark, I quoted the supporting words; where unsure, I added “?” and explained why.
4. My learning note: “Paused twice” is a possible concrete observation. For “Kept the answer short,” I do not know the comparison behind “short,” so I added “?”. The third sentence contains my interpretation; the fourth adds a causal connection not supported in the text.
5. My question for the supervisor: Which sentence I marked as observation still contains an inference? How could I make the basis for a word such as “short” clearer?
6. When and with what I will review: At the next human supervision meeting, I will bring the four marked sentences, supporting words and places marked “?”. This note does not establish that learning is complete.
Four fictional sentences used in the activity
1. The speaker paused twice after the question.
2. The speaker kept the answer short.
3. I think they did not want to be misunderstood.
4. That is why they sidestepped the question.
The task is to show the basis for information in a sentence, not explain or diagnose the person. The marks have no answer key or competence score; discuss uncertainty and your reasons with your supervisor.
How to use the blank plan
Open the file in your own text editor. Complete six fields around one piece of feedback: feedback received, one learning goal, small activity, learning note, supervisor question and review time/evidence. Do not present the fictional example as your own experience.
Write about your learning need rather than a real person’s case details. Agree the activity’s scope with your supervisor; if you cannot complete it, record why and what remains open. This plan is not a treatment decision, official supervision-hours record or competence certificate.
How this differs from records and an agenda
A meeting record preserves what was discussed; an agenda allocates time in an upcoming meeting. A learning plan selects personal practice after feedback and what to review next. It does not replace meeting records or training-program documentation.

Optionally reflect on the fictional activity with SüpervizAI
Create an account or sign in and choose “Open chat without a client.” Copy the four fictional sentences into the message draft; do not send yet. Copy the request below separately, paste it underneath in the same draft, then send them together.
“These four sentences are entirely fictional training text. Separate possible observations, interpretations and uncertain expressions using the supporting words. Do not add unstated intentions, history, diagnoses or outcomes. Suggest one question to discuss with my human supervisor.”
Text is not transferred automatically; do not add details about a real person. A clientless chat is also saved in conversation history and responses may contain errors. This trial does not provide your human supervisor’s assessment or feedback.

Frequently asked questions
Does completing this plan establish that I achieved my learning goal?
